After recent software update on S22 Ultra, my Calex Security Cameras can no longer be viewed on mobile data. Work ok on home WiFi.
Same on wife's S22.
Won't work outside the home.
Works on kids iphones so presume something in the recent samsung software update is blocking them.
Checked permissions etc, cant find anything wrong.
Just get the message Establishing Encrypted Channel.
Any help is appreciated.

From experience in recent months I had a similar issue with my security cameras from Canary. After an update I couldn't view them from my Samsung device but I could from the iphone. It became apparent that the app developers had to update the Android version of the app to get it working which took a week of several updates but finally fixed. Check out recent reviews of the app on the playstore and see if others have the same problem. Hope this helps.

I'm assuming you are going through an app
If so its probably best if it was after an update. To contact the app developers and enquire when they will update the app.
Or to contact in case there's any interruption to their equipment in some form on Android devices
