@Praveen k: I'm not sure what could be causing this, and it is sadly difficult to troubleshoot the issue if you are unable to access the Settings of your device. Next time the phone reboots, don't unlock it, and instead press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. This will perform a Soft Reset and address any software issues that might be a contributing factor. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings. Further to this, you may also wish to check the Volume and Side buttons to make sure that they are not sticking, and forcing a restart in this manner.

If the problem persists then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, where an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone to be inspected and repaired by an authorised engineer.

進入開發者模式,把所有相關wifi的設定都關閉。

Hello, Samsung support team is not helping at all. Samsung did not give us a clear explanation of the problem.

The solution for many people was to replace the motherboard.

What can you do when the phone is more than 2 years old, pay to repair a problem that comes from an official Samsung update?

This is unacceptable for an expensive smartphone like the S22 ultra.

Please, we need a precise answer and know if the problem is software or if the hardware was affected. At least, an official answer that says that Samsung is seriously investigating the problem...

Samsung is useless, they don't really care about helping, I have had the same problem for the past month and a half and still in warranty. They just care about the money, they don't care about actually helping. Over the past month I feel like I had to do more to fix the phone than samsung did

If you live in the EU why would you pay just because of 2 years or out of warranty? I really don't understand this. You have consumer protection in EU which makes you able you return the phone from 3 years after you purchased the phone when having a faulty products. This is all electronic products. Warranty should never hinder you to send in your products for the sellers to fix when they are faulty

I'm having the same issue.

Reset all the app permissions, everything is up to date.

Happens when connected to wifi, okay when not. Have re-set all the wifi settings. Still happening.

Recently updated.. seems a bit of a coincidence if it's unrelated to that.

Aw that sucks.
If you make sure you're signed into Samsung and Google Photos when you re-do it, it should save things going forward. Plus save contacts to your Google account. I do a photo dump onto my laptop every few months too. I'm not too bothered about losing most stuff but have years of photos.
