Hi, has anyone else experienced issues with the Samsung S22 ultra phone since the latest update on the 3rd Sept? My phone randomly freezes up/turns off around 2/3 times a day and I've also notice the WiFi signal turning off on it's own!
Seems odd as All of a sudden I've been bombarded with upgrade offers for the Samsung s24 ultra, and issues are just having to happen at the same time. Mmm

I got same issue, just yesterday phone randomly keeps restarting, noticed that before crash WiFi switches off, and if I try to turn it on phone reboots, and starts boot loops.

I have the same issue. Turning off wifi it seems like the problem is better. Probably it is the last software update that cause this behavior.

Has anyone gotten their phone fixed? Mine is still doing it all the time, it's getting so frustrating. I have reported it to the samsung members app many times, no response

Mine is still doing it. Today has been horrible!! Samsung did reply to me suggesting a factory reset which by this comments i noticed people still experienced this after doing so. The next solution is taking it to their Location. But ughh. It's seriously unnecesary and time consuming! When it's something everyone is experiencing!! I used to keep the wifi off and it helped but today it's being doing so even on mobile data. It even turned off when I activated my Location.

Call samsung! Make the tech person get into your phone and check it. I refused the factory reset because they tried to get me to do that as well. My phone has not had one issue since they logged into it yesterday. I had to download that tutor app so they could get into it

My issues were finally resolved after 3 hard resets and the 3rd time I skipped the usual restore of the previous backup. Now the phone is working fine.

Also if anyone calls samsung and wants to refer to my ticket number to see what they did to my phone to get it working, send me a PM. I did not have to do a hard reset. 1-800-726-7864 is the number I called
