Hi, has anyone else experienced issues with the Samsung S22 ultra phone since the latest update on the 3rd Sept? My phone randomly freezes up/turns off around 2/3 times a day and I've also notice the WiFi signal turning off on it's own!
Seems odd as All of a sudden I've been bombarded with upgrade offers for the Samsung s24 ultra, and issues are just having to happen at the same time. Mmm

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Yes!!! It's driving me crazy. It started yesterday! The same thing. It turns off and sometimes struggles to turn back on. Then randomly turns off the wifi. I also have cleared my storage thinking it was that but no. It continues!!

Yes!!! Same here! Same exact line while it's trying to turn on. And I'm with you! I was going crazy trying to figure out what I did to it. I hope this is resolved!

I have the samsung s22 and I just started having this exact problem 2 days ago. I tried clearing the cache partition by holding the power button and volume up, then choosing clear cache, then rebooting. It seemed to get better for about 2 hours, and then it has been repeatedly slowing, freezing, shutting down. Samsung seems to be deliberately doing this to force people into upgrades, absolutely ridiculous

Literally joined this community because of the same issue. I realized it when I was looking online to possibly get a new phone and saw the deals and promotions. Quite convenient.

I got on chat support, they had me power off the phone, restart it and then go into safe mode. Currently trying out safe mode to see if the problem occurs again. They said if the problem does not occur in safe mode, then it was most likely a recently installed app causing the problem.

I find it odd that we are all dealing with the same problem from a "recently installed app" literally the same problem.

I have not installed a new app in months.. I dont use my phone for much beyond texting, so I am not sure that would be the case... especially with it happening for several people around the same time frame as this update
