My Samsung S22 Ultra which I bought two years ago as of March 2024 suddenly went blank three days ago and entered a continuous restart loop. I tried all the hacks on YouTube and when this didn't work, went online and chatted with the service agent. I was then referred to a service centre in Lagos Nigeria where I am based. I got there and after some hours I was told the phone panel was bad and I needed to cough out about $800 for a new panel. The strange thing is that the phone was just out of warranty by a few weeks, had never been broken, damaged or opened for repairs before. It just suddenly went out on its own and entered a continuous boot sequence. During one of this sequence, I managed to get a screen grab of a display message where it stated it was a software download.... see below. Now, I believe the issue with my phone originated from a faulty Samsung software that has crashed my phone and I am left with costly repairs with no one taking accountability. And that it was designed to happened immediately the phone was out of warranty. Has anybody experienced the same issue and how do we go about getting redress from Samsung or letting the whole world know the suspected scam that is going on.

I have same problem. I bought my phone 2 years before. So, after march patch, every 30 min or 1 hour the One UI 6.1 (since 6.0 is blowing) is crahsing. GUI is restarting showing samsung logo and UI is stanble for 10 min. So I need restart my phone to get 30 min stable perioid.
Seems like patch killer like Apple did with iPhone 7 (unfair update to make more slow and downgrade battery to force to buy a new phone).
Definely, will not buy s24 ultra to get another patch killer in 2026/27.

I am having exactly the same issue with my phone. I have booked it in for a Samsung repair next Saturday, I hope they don't have to erase my phone!
