Hello everyone!

I have the following problem with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra:

For some time it has been rebooting on its own and then having difficulty loading the operating system. It had to reboot maybe 10-15 times and only then did it manage to start.

But today things go so wrong at all. It rebooted again on its own about 5 hours ago and still hasn't loaded Android.

The Samsung logo lights up, the screen goes off for a few seconds, then the Samsung Galaxy Secured by Knox inscription appears. It stays like that sometimes for seconds, sometimes for more than a minute or two. And then it all repeats itself again. And again, and again....

If anyone has had a similar problem or has an idea for solving it, please help me.

Greetings @Stan75stan. This isn't something that we'd expect to hear! Could you please try the steps below?

Open Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Do you have any software updates available?

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Really sorry to hear of your issues.

We would recommend trying to open your device in Safe Mode to try to ascertain what is conflicting on your device that is stopping it from booting up.

Alternatively, using a USB-C cable, connect your device to either a laptop, pc or another Samsung mobile and try to get to the Recovery Screen from there. Details below on how to get to Recovery (it would also be worth Wiping Partition Cache on your device at the same time)

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Ah, I see. Thanks for pointing that out @Piper123. In that case, Safe Mode would be the next best option to troubleshoot this.

Apologies, I had initally misread your original post. Are you able to boot your phone in Safe Mode? Steps for this can be found below:

  1. Power off your device.
  2. Power on your device.
  3. When the Samsung logo appears by itself, press and hold the Volume down key.
  4. The device will switch on in Safe mode. "Safe mode" will be displayed on the bottom left of the screen.

Thanks for the greetings!
I just can't turn my device on or off. It just starts charging, goes nowhere, and starts charging again....

Hence you need to follow exactly the steps above up to number 5

You MUST connect a USB-C to another device from your phone otherwise it won't work
