Hi there,
a few months ago I generated a code for Disney+ as part of the Samsung Boost offers for my S22 Ultra. I never redeemed the code which had a validity until June 2023.
Today I received an email that my code had been cancelled but I could generate a new one except upon doing that the new expiry date seems to be either October 2022 or November 2022 depending on the different sections on the Boost page - I will be happy to provide screenshots as needed.
Can I please get contacted by someone at Samsung about reinstating the original validity for the Disney+ offer until June 2023?
Thanks

Why doesn't Samsung have a direct way of contacting them? Why shall we go through twitter. I ve never had a twitter account . I bought a Samsung phone not a twitter phone.
This is just discourage user from claiming the codes/rewards.
Disney Plus codes were valid until 11th of June 2023 and Samsung cancelled the codes. Customers must go back to the torturous systems of the Boost app to claim it again with a month validity.
Some members have excused Samsung by suggesting that it might be a Disney decision. Samsung already had checked and confirmed the validity of the claims. A simple customer orientated solution could have been sending a replacement code automatically to their users. They were able to email all user about the cancellation of the codes, sending the replacement code could have been done in the same email.

Hi @Reylob, there are several contact methods available for you to reach Samsung UK Technical Support. You can find these here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

And these method are always complicated. I tried to call them and nobody gets the phone or we are likely to to be waiting endlessly, there is never a simple solution. We need to waste over an hour to a simple answer.

Everyone I have good news. If you have a code, contact Disney plus live chat and tell them it won't let you activate the code because you have an active subscription. They will offer you a refund for the remainder of your subscription, cancel your account, and then you can put in the code Samsung gave you to activate the years free Disney plus. My code was due to expire today November 30th so I needed to use it.

Tried that, the main option seems to be to email and wait indefinitely for a response, or live chat where they want an order number to discuss technical issues (if it even lets you speak to an agent). Pretty poor.
