This is wonderful from Samsung. I am now  3 days into the struggling with bootloops and freezes/crashes... it is still happening! but don't worry i have a repair booked for next week THURSDAY! I have now come to the reality that i will not have a phone for the next 4 days cos of Samsung's deliberate ploy of making their old devices unusable to force ppl to upgrade. Thanks Samsung for a year and a few months of reliability with the S22 Ultra but it ended up falling flat after this software update.

Hello @RiggyGaming and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I'm sorry to learn your experiencing issues with your phone.  😔

In my personal opinion it's a misconception in the thought that Manufacturer's intentionally causes catastrophic failure somehow via a software update.

This could have the outcome of a person then choosing another manufacturer.

No manufacturer would intentionally drive a customer away.

As Android is open source which is great for the sheer amount of customisation we like at apply to our phone's nowadays,  it can occasionally have a negative outcome if something clashes.

This can also happen with a network supplied phone as they tend to have their own bloatware and network apps on them.

Some people download apps etc via apk files that can cause issues.

It is evident from the sheer amount of recent threads that some people are experiencing issues after updating.

People sending this as direct feedback via their Samsung Members App will help Samsung to investigate this.

Not all owners are experiencing these issues however. 🤔

I own the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra,  s²³ Ultra, s²⁴ Ultra and my partner uses the Samsung Galaxy s²¹ fe with no issues after updating.

Would you let us know how you get on please.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Have you tried force restart ? By holding the power button and vol down think it is keep hold until phone restarts see if that helps

i sent an error report just before the recent bootloops happened and after that error report was sent my device decided to keep the Members app away from me by having it crash on me constantly (problem was fixed naturally but it then decided to cause the WiFi disconnected automatically causing freezing and bootloops issue after i got in to check on the status of the report)
