Loved it but it started only letting me phone emergency service and the is how it stayed tried different sim cards but nothing would solve the problem and samsung have the worst exchange program I've seen there's no swapping the old device for new replacement at my door oh no you have to return phone to samsung then wait 7 days I've not had any info on what's happening I think its bad service when your paying alot of money upfront...

Did you use smartswitch? Or setup as new? Did you update all apps from playstore and galaxy store?

I used smartswitch and it loaded everything up fine tried to use phone and it said no calls emergency service did a factory reset and tried doing it as a new device no backed up info and had same issue...

After you setup your phone, did you make sure all apps from playstore and galaxy store are up to date? Carrier services is one of the apps

Sent it back to samsung so just not sure if it's the device for me not sure I can justify the money so may keep S21ULTRA see what the new flip phone is like..
