S22 Ultra issues - Trying to update but tells me it has failed and to visit a Samsung Centre...

Is anyone else having issues trying to update their s22 ultra?

Tells me it has failed and to visit a Samsung Centre.

Ive also noticed my phone won't turn off. I power down the phone but it boots straight back on again.

I contacted Samsung support. They've have to book my phone in for repair.

I tried to update my s22 ultra with the last April patch software (1771.27 Gb) but keep failing to do, and say "to visit a samsung service centre". Also i noticed the device won't "turn off", just i can only "restart "

ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE?

I haven't had this issue on my S22 Ultra but did have the issue once on my old Note 10+ try using Smart Switch on a Windows PC to update

presumably its a phone software update issue-did they charge you for the repair of Thier phones fault (/) as i have same problem grr,only had phone about 6mnths

Yeah, it seemed it was a common issue. Didn't get charged for repair, and was quick fixed
