UI S22 Update

Hi All, 

This evening, I updated my Samsung Galaxy S22 and encountered a serious issue:

1. The first update was approximately 4200 MB in size.
2. After installation, the phone did not power on for nearly 2 hours.
3. Once it finally turned on, it prompted a second update of around 400 MB.
4. After completing the second update, the phone failed to start again.
5. At one point, the device displayed a blue screen.

Since then, the phone has been completely unresponsive. I’ve attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as force restarting, but nothing has worked so far.

This is extremely disappointing, especially from a flagship device.

If the phone is basically bricked, you can use the recovery menu, put it into download mode and using a pc, reinstall android back onto the device. Rare to see an update fail but that is the kinda ultimate fix. It will wipe all the data on the device though
