*** UPDATE: After following advice in here I'm currently using Firefox and this seems to help. Hopefully this means it's just a software issue that can be resolved in an update. ***
Random black screen in browser e.g. Chrome, Edge or Twitter app. Goes away if rotating phone to landscape & back, pressing the left App switching button, pressing power/lock and unlock again, or swiping from top. Especially happens when scrolling or on pages with video.
Have reinstalled, factory reset, cleared caches etc. Anyone else seen this?

Hi guys,
If you've not done so already, can you send error reports with log files within 15 minutes of the issue happening?
Samsung Members > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > attach a description and tick ‘send system log data’ > Send.
(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select Error reports from the dropdown menu, etc.)
The more good error reports with relevant info in them sent should help the developers identify and resolve what's happening quicker.

Happened to me while surfing fb in Chrome.
Only after I put on a Clear View case..
Do the rest of you use this case to?

Can't edit for some reason..
Dragging out the edge panel turns the screen back on.
A bit unpractible surfing the web with the edge menu out..

I've dealt with this at two samsung branches already. They told me that it's not their fault and that they won't deal with it. I'm withdrawing from the purchase contract and ordering elsewhere.

Same problem, it is unacceptable on a 1400€ phone.
If Samsung does not resolve I will ask for a refund

I just got off of the phone with the customer service in the Netherlands and this is hands down one of the worst experiences I have had.
Over the last few days I spent well over €3.000 Euro on a Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy Tab 8 Ultra, covers for both as well as wireless chargers / fast chargers.
I have been using Samsung ever since the Galaxy S2 and never complained, and the fact it's not working properly is understandable for a new phone... But the fact they don't even try to help you on the phone is just ridiculous. I'm really dissapointed and I'm strongly considering cancelling my Tab 8 pre-order and returning all of the other items I have bought.
This is such a let down, I'm surprised at how poorly Samsung seems to think of those that are willing to pre-order.

I've got the 512/12gb version.
Does it effect other versions?

The same approach in the Czech Republic. Wait for an update. This is not Samsung's problem. Don't use Google. Well, you can stick it somewhere with that.
