Claim buds problem - Says IMEI number "null / invalid number"

I've gone to claim my headphones today, managed to sort the issue. But has anyone had it where its told them thier IMEI number is invalid? Says "null / invalid number"

 
And does anyone know if this will stop me receiving my claim?

There should be a section on the claim form where you can upload a screenshot of your IMEI number as proof. I did just that and got my claim approved 2 hrs later

Mine did the same. I took a screenshot of the IMEI on the settings- about phone and a photo of the sticker on the box with the IMEI number and uploaded those. It said I'll hear back from them within 5 days.

I carried on with the process and did the same. Glad to know I wasn't the only one dealing with this

Yes, did that to me. Asked for screenshot of details. I submitted that with claim docs and it has already all been approved. Good luck!

I've uploaded a screenshot of my phone's about page and a picture of the imei information on the retail box last night and received a congratulations your application has been accepted message.

Just done my claim, no issues! As soon as got a text to say received claim it was approved instantly. Was very quick, will claim Disney on 1st of March as that's when my previous year's subscription finishes. Love it when a plan comes together!

Yes I also had the same issue but uploaded a photo of the IMEI and all went through just fine.
