S22 ultra Crashing and restarting

Hi everyone,

For the last two weeks, my S22 Ultra has been crashing at random times and keeps on restarting automatically. Yeah the S22 Ultra is the Exynos version.  It happens when I try to open even Youtube. I have turned off the Auto restart setting as well. After going through the initial Samsung logo, it restarts for like 5 to 6 times (or even more sometimes), then the One UI apps optimizing opens up and the restart completes. But this crashing happens randomly. I tried clearing the cache memory, but that did not help. Finally, I did the factory reset. Still, the problem persists. 

Has anybody got the same problem? Does anyone have a solution? Is my ultimate solution to visit Samsung Care Centre?

Freezing for half an hour helps. Mine only started this way. I don't use it. I only watch movies now. But the main thing is to charge it. Put it on charge for an hour. Then into the fridge. And then turn the sound down and power up

Thanks @Schillerr . I just see your comment. After all, I just let it alone, trying to boot in loop and it finally started without any apparent reason.

 

I backed up everything and made a factory reset through the Samsung settings. It keeps rebooting randomly.

So i' m gonna try to wipe the cache.

I am facing the same issue...after updating the(March 2025 update) phone crashing randomly, tried restarting it and every solution available on the internet but the issue is not resolved.

previously last year after updating the phone (same s22 ultra) display issue came around the front cam, service center didn't replace my display for free. I had  20,000 INR to replace the display.

Very disappointed for Samsung after buying a flagship phone we have to face these issues.

Shifting from Samsung and I will never recommend it to anyone!

Hello, i use the s22u too. tbh idk what processor it is but i found a fix. earlier today i put on a wallpaper higher than the res of the actual screen. it restarted twice before i changed it but after i did change it, it went back to normal

I also faced this issue on my S22 ultra. Firstly My device was starting freezing and  restarting randomly like 2 to 3 times a day. Then suddenly one day it continuously restarting itslef again and again like 8 to 10 times and after that phone never switched on. I faced this issue after updating it to One Ui 7 and may security update before that i was using my device perfectly, there was no single issue regarding anything.

I visited the service center and after 2 days they told me that there is motherboard fault and battery fault on my device, and repairing cost is 44 k aprrox.

I just got frusted after listening it, i mean whose fult it was, Since this issue occured after updating it One UI 7

samsung should take responsibility about this we payed lots of money and it was your falgship device., samsung cannot deny just saying that your device is out of warranty. 

I want my device back to normal since it was not my fault otherwise i have to take action against samsung.
