I am facing the same issue "Camera Video is not working".

Please ensure your device is up to date by heading to Settings > Software Update > Download and install, as well as Settings > Biometrics and security > Security update. Now, restart the phone, then head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data. Following these steps, open the Camera app, select 'Video' mode via the options below the viewfinder, and tap the white circle with the red dot in the centre to start recording. If the issue persists, try adjusting the aspect ratio and resolution via the settings at the top of the screen to see if this helps. Let me know how you get on.

That's very peculiar, @aesmaeil. I think that, in this instance, it would be worthwhile submitting an Error report, so that our engineers can look into this in more detail. They will then get back to you with a solution.
