S22 ultra blacks out on scrolling down

Got s22 ultra 11 days ago. On chrom when scrolling down it blacks out when in dark environment. 

Screen saver timeout is 5 mins so not that.

What the hell is going on?

Only way to sort it is lock then unlock. 

We paid for faster and better speeds.

My s20 never had this

It seems its happens when environment is dark

It seems when it is dark the screen blacks out within seconds

[max7788]

And if you face your phone towards light the screen comes back on immediately

[max7788]

So its some dark environment sensitivity setting
