Short answer would be to factory reset it and if that didn't help then consider swapping out the phone for a new one.

Unfortunately with the sheer amount of units they'll ship there can be occurrences of issues in a number of units.

Is that happening via the YouTube app and on every video ?
When you access the internet does the same happen ?

It happens more noticeably on youtube and in general during video reproduction. It's less frequent, but still there, in a normal use of the phone (ie: homescreen, whatsapp, reddit ecc)
