Restarting Nightmare

Got my phone in September 2022 and it randomly would restart itself now and again, but last week or so it is restarting randomly multiple times a day and it started restarting 3-4 times then 7 times in a row before coming back on and now today it's taken over 40 minutes and restarted itself over 100 times before coming back on. Got someone coming to fix it Friday hopefully but anyone else had this issue as my phone is my lifeline when I'm out due to my mental health disability and it's so stressful and frustrating that it can suddenly go off and now start properly again for ages .

Have you got the auto optimization turned on ??

No it is turned off

Certainly is a strange issue.
Well once it's fixed, you can get full use of it again

If you can. Don't forget to backup the phone and data on it before the repair
As it's likely the phone will be factory reset

Yes i have done. I did a full factory reset the other day and it's only getting worse since, limited the apps I have redownloaded as well to make sure it isn't one of them causing itn

I already did a factory reset the other day and learnt the hard way 🥺🤣. So definitely got things backed up for Friday

I think you've done the right thing to get it fixed at home. Something is definitely not right.

Thank you so do I , driving me mad. It's reset 4 times this afternoon since I posted this and it's driving me crazy

My phone only restarts if i press the button or auto cause of a feature i enabled. It might be a bug or problem with software
