Hi @willyjay212
I'm fine thank you and I hope you and yours are too through these unprecedented times.
Can you start by trying Safe Mode.
> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@willyjay212: Please can you confirm the model number of your device? If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, and tap the speak symbol 3 times, does it cycle through Sound, Vibrate and Mute?

@willyjay212: If you head to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Accessibility button, and tap any options with ticks on them, such as 'Mute all sounds', so all ticks are removed, then the stick figure/Accessibility button will be removed, and you should regain access to your sound options. I hope this helps.
