After the update my phone suddenly started restarting. in the beginning it reached lock screen then restarts. then it got stuck on boot logo screen on loop, and completely dead. not charging not opening, nothing!
I have same problem too..my phone suddenly off and screen appeared as yours..i call service centre and ask the phone send to to them for checking..if you say this because mother board problems..is waste my time to send it to them..
Same problem and Samsung won't help at all. How utterly disappointing. Samsung caused the failure. Samsung should take ownership of the issue and help those affected. But no, they refuse. I'm upset. I'll never buy or recommend a Samsung product again. They know the problem exists. They just don't care. How shameful.
