@LionelMessi10: I'm not certain if there is a limit to the amount of times you can fail, and be blocked from trying again for 24 hours, although you should make sure to read any on-screen notifications, as this will keep you informed. If you're unable to regain access to your device, then you can arrange for a Samsung engineer to unlock it for you at one of our Service Centres. All you'll need is your proof of purchase to verify ownership, then head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred channel for further support, where an advisor will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you.
