Hello I  bought a S22 Ultra and should have 12 months' Disney+ but they only sent me a code to redeem 6 months

Bought a Galaxy S8 Ultra tab and can't redeem the Disney+ at all - scan the QR code and it just takes me back to the same page! And none of the links on that page get me any further, I always end up back at the QR code. It's groundhog day.

*Please* can someone from Samsung reply and help us all out.

Congratulations on your Tab S8 Ultra, @Davelet! This is how we recommend claiming the Disney+ Boost offer through Samsung Boost on PC/desktop:

1. Head to www.samsung.com/uk/boost/and scan the QR code on your Tab S8 Ultra.

2. Sign in to your Samsung Account.

3. Redeem on Disney+ website. A maximum of one Disney+ Code may be applied to your Disney+ account.

4. Start your Disney+ streaming with Samsung Boost.

You may wish to try this using Incognito Mode on your browser. Our colleagues from Samsung South Africa created this short guide about this:

If you have tried the aforementioned steps using Incognito Mode or Private Mode (effectively different terms for the same function), it would be worth reaching out to our Support Teams for more hands-on assistance:

Thanks for replying PaulM1 but it's still the same problem - you go to www.samsung.com/uk/boost (on which there is *not* a QR code, by the way), then you navigate from there to, say, one of the Disney+ offers - say www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disneyplus6m on which page there *is* a QR code. Then you scan that QR code with your tablet, and all it does is open up www.samsung.com/uk/boost on the tablet, so you are right back where you are started, going round in circles!

It doesn't matter if you use incognito mode or not, either on my PC or my tablet.

I have a samsung TV, soundbar, phone, and (now) a tablet, and I'm getting really, really frustrated at this. I am very technically savvy so am sure it's not just me and see that others in this thread have had the same problem as well.

Thank you.

David.

I managed to sort it in the end - solution was to use a different browser (Chrome rather than Samsung Internet) and the form came up that I had to fill out and (hopefully) the code will be emailed to me. What a project!

Ok I got my code via email. Not a nice process but this is how I did it:

(1) Phoned 03300542855 - told them that I hadnt had the code was waiting over a month. they passed me to the promotions team, dont go here, they only look after/care about the Buds promo.

(2) went back to the above and told them I want to return the phone, the buds and I need my trade in phone back. 5 minutes going back and forth, miss sold etc, then they passed me to the UK Technical Team

(3) Call the UK technical team on 03330000333, repeated the story, said I wanted the Disney promo, but was willing to send everything back, for a full refund. I was talking to a brillient lady, named Chanttelle, se said she would sorth this within 48hrs. next day I got my code, used it to sigh up for Disney+ very easily.

I think you have to be willing to return everything, this is made hard on Samsungs part with my trade in, they wont know or care where my old phone is.

Think I'm going to have to do the same as you Jonathan70. I was initially chuffed that I *finally* managed to register my device for the offer at the weekend (after multiple failed attempts with the Samsung Internet app and only having success after moving to Chrome). And now I have been waiting for the email from Samsung with the code ... and waiting ... and waiting.

4 days now. So I'll likely call them tomorrow as you did.

Will report back.

Hello there, I wonder if you can help. I think I also got an email of the code sometime last month however I can't find it anymore in my inbox. Can you please confirm the email address its sent from so I can search my inbox. I've searched for disney+ and all that comes are random emails I've been receiving. It's such a pain. Unless my brain is playing games on me that they replied me with a code. Thanks a lot.

Looks like a few people have had some issues with this offer sadly.

I purchased my phone from Samsung, got the ear buds promo part, then went to get the Disney one. I have had nothing but trouble.

Been trying to get a code from Samsung since the 23rd of April, still nothing.  Repeatedly being passed around, sending proof of purchase so many times, getting a passport was easier. its now the 1st of June still no code, the promise of the 25th of May came and went. So another email asking for help went in, all because the site does not recognise that I purchased the phone direct from Samsung 😞

Does anyone have a suggestion of where to go next, to try and get this resolved?

Success at last for me! As I reported above, it took ages just to register my device with Samsung due to problems with my browser cache (I think), resolved ultimately by using a different browser.

Then ... nothing. Finally after 10 days I contact Samsung support and was told that it would "be with me soon, within 28 days of registering". And finally, today, I got the code, redeemed it, and I'm now on Disney+.

I hope everyone else having difficulties gets theirs resolved soon - I just wanted to report that, in at least my case, it did work out in the end.
