I just updated my phone and since then I can't use my mobile data any help pls...

Hey there

We have seen a number of posts about this issue.

In most cases a Reset Network Settings has done the trick although please note you'll need to update any WiFi log in credentials as well as mobile networks.

Go to settings
Chick on search top right
Type in Reset Network Settings

Follow the screen to action the reset.

You should regain your mobile settings automatically.

You'll need to input WiFi passwords again when you try to reconnect to any WiFi network.

Either type in the search as suggested  or go to Settings-General Management-Reset-A list of options appears-  Select Reset  Network Settings.

In addition to what has already been advised, @Striking, have you tried removing and re-inserting your SIM card? If not, please do this, restart your phone and let us know whether this helps you to use your Mobile data again.
