glitching after update yesterday

anyone have advice for my phone glitching so bad after an update that I have to restart it? 

I've had to restart about 5 times now, and I only updated yesterday morning.  it's triggered by the mini player of peacock or YouTube, if I try to move away from the player I get a half black screen and no buttons work except the side on/off buttons.  also now a laggy Samsung Internet app/search. my phone worked perfectly before the update

Have you ever actioned a Wipe Partition Cache?

This is recommended after a major OS update 👌

If clearing the Phone's System Partition Cache Files Section does nkt help then try Safe Mode @STEPHIEP76 

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
