anyone have advice for my phone glitching so bad after an update that I have to restart it? 

I've had to restart about 5 times now, and I only updated yesterday morning.  it's triggered by the mini player of peacock or YouTube, if I try to move away from the player I get a half black screen and no buttons work except the side on/off buttons.  also now a laggy Samsung Internet app/search. my phone worked perfectly before the update
