Have had my Galaxy S22 Ultra (Exynos) since launch and it's really good coming from the Pixel 6 Pro but having three issues which I'm sure are linked:

So the Chemist is still having problems with the battery life? :-). I switch to FB lite and that helps a lot with the battery life. Normally 1hour for 10% of battery life. FB lite is 5% for each hour. There is FB MSG lite also and I have not changed that. Then youtube lite ... 🙂

Where is NFC located?

@Vu Nguyen Yes, my battery life sucks. I was stuck in traffic on I-83 Northbound today for over an hour because of an accident near Harrisburg, and I could see the battery draining as I streamed Spotify! I truly hate the S22 Ultra!!!!!!!!
What is FB Lite? I am not familiar with that...
I was so P.O.'d at the battery on this thing that I was ready to head to the Apple store in Lancaster and pick up an iPhone 13 Pro Max before coming home today!
It's not only just my phone though, look at how many other victims are B____ing about these abomination of a phone.
The first thing I did when I got home even before making dinner was "Head for the Charger"!!!!!!!
Junk, total junk. I am so sorry I traded my S21 Ultra for this S22 Ultra. Ugh...

@GeminiJanet You'll find NFC under connections.
We shouldn't have to baby these phones just to get the battery to last. Something is definitely wrong! Poor engineering perhaps?

Same problem with mine. My S20+ didn't drain this quickly! Disgusted!

I've had the S22 Ultra (Exynos) for about a month now.. Got it brand new and for the first few weeks i also had battery problems.. I used to have to charge constantly (at least it felt like it)... And then i decided to switch of 5G and just use the regular old 4g network.
BOOM! Massive difference! Nothing else suggested in this thread helped as much as this..
I probably charge up once a day.. Even i go to sleep with 30% i will have 25-26% when I wake up.

Unfortunately with a Verizon SIM card installed, I do not get the option to turn off 5G.
Verizon SIM card also locks you out of all the service menus.

Just switched the settings and will let you know how it works for me. Sucks you can't change the option on Verizon

@Pc1000 Yeah, I'd really like to know how you make out!
Witb a T-Mobile SIM card you have the option, but Verizon is super possessive, they like to have control of everything!

Seems that way. I'm running t-mobile and their very open with settings
