Well it has been over 120 hours no confirmation from Samsung. Shall I do it again or what?

You should have got a submission confirmation, with tracking link.

If you didn't I am guess you they didn't get the submission or something went wrong, I would contact promotions team

OK, I ASKED THEM AND THEY SAY NO CONFIRMATION comes. If it is rejected they will send an email. WHEN THEY POST THE BUDS THEN A TRACKING INFO COMES. So not sure I think I got a confirmation immediately when the S21 campaign was on. Will wait.

I got confirmation with a claim reference number then shortly after got another saying my claim had been accepted. So that's not true x
