It's been 14 days and still no confirmation, or delivery of any sort on my buds live promo claim on my new Samsung S22. Unable to get any response via email, also unable to get through to your contact center.
What's the delay and why am I unable to get any reposne on this?

As a heads up, it can take up to 45 days for the Buds to reach you. In the meantime you can track your claim here: https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxylaunchoffers/en-GB/track-claim
