Pre order S22 buds live promo / claim

It's been 14 days and still no confirmation, or delivery of any sort on my buds live promo claim on my new Samsung S22. Unable to get any response via email, also unable to get through to your contact center. 

What's the delay and why am I unable to get any reposne on this?

It's not Samsung dealing with the claim, but a third party company.
Think they can take upto 45 days to be delivered.
I didn't get any notification till the night before delivery.
It's a case of waiting I'm afraid
