DTMF not working on S22 Ultra

Today I installed the lastest update in the phone but still no DTMF-tones during vice calls. DTMF have been gone for quite a while now and still no fix for this.

Yes, I have followed various instructions and guides and no, no DTMF no matter what switches are on or volume settings.

Do I have to revert back to my old SGS9 in order for DTMF to work?

What is the dtmf meaning. I have the S22ultra and it doesn't come up with that wording

Dial tone. I cannot use IVR with Samsung Fold, really frustrating as there is no other method to get the service I need over the phone. I need to select option 4, but nothing happens.
