Data does not work after ui 6 update

Updated my s22+ to one ui 6, however the mobile data on my uk O2 sim card does not work anymore.
It still appears and turns on, but nothing will load even in full service areas that previously loaded when on one ui 5.

Tried restarting, removing the sim, airplane mode, but no effect.

Anyone else experiencing same problems and/or know a way to resolve this??
Thanks

Hey there

Have you tried the following:

1. Reset network settings
2. Tried a different SIM in your device
3. Tried your SIM in SIM Slot 2?

How do I reset the network settings? Different sim cards do not work either, and my s22 only has 1 sim tray 😞

Hi there

Go to settings then top right click on search icon.

Search Reset Network Settings and follow the instructions.

Please note you may lose other settings like WiFi and may need to re-enter these.

Some S22 Series phones support dual SIM.

Single tray. Sims go in either side.

Try the network reset in settings that I was suggested. It worked and brought back the data

Hi , I've tried that but it didn't help, I also regrettably did a factory reset and that didn't work either , I've contacted Samsung on twitter , thanks for your suggestion anyway
