is anyone having problems with new update s22plus since yesterday, i keep getting the same notification a couple hours late? and opening apps is very slow

Mine was doing it yesterday with the Instagram app but it's been fine today. I have the S22ultra model

I would recommend a Wipe Partition Cache as the first port of call to see if that clears out any old nasties in the background.
