Hi @swadderz Welcome to the Samsung community There have been previous threads on these types of issues (particularly with the S22 series).
Do you not have any restart scheduled and have you checked the Diagnostics, Samsung Members-Support-Phone Diagnostics?
Presumably you have sufficient storage. can sometimes be caused by conflicts with 3rd party apps or themes. if there is not an issue in Safe Mode would pinpoint recent third party apps which have been installed. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
However clearing the cache partition can help with lags/crashing/restarts and is recomended after updates. Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
A Factory Reset would be the next step (after backing up).
However if no resolution and) I sugguest you send an Error Report,Go to Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-lock up/Restarting, include details and be sure to include the system logs.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

it will not fix it i have the same problem and litteraly tried everything other people as well had it its more common than you think i used to defend samsung and say it was better than apple but ive had an entire week without a phone and my s22 just bricked out of nowhere you litteraly lose your phone for no apparent reason samsung still havent provided an explanation people been having this problem since july and everyone who took it to the center was told they had to replace the motherboard
such thing would never happen to apple users
imgine putting your entire savings on a phone that didnt even last 2 years really pathetic samsung i will no longer defend you
it will keep restarting then it will enter a boot loop that will last for literal 4 hours the current loop im facing is 6 hours and going its unbelievable the issue seems to be related to the wifi so if you have it on keep it off it will reduce the craches but they will eventually keep happening

Hello @swadderz 👋
I would suggest to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on with your phone.

Same problem here with my S22. This occurred after the last update.
One UI-Version: 6.1
Google Play Systemupdate: November 1st 2024
Android Security Patch: December 1st 2024
Versions: S901BXXSDEXKA / S901BOXMDEXK5 / S901BXXUDEXK5
I have not installed any new apps since then, but uninstalled the latest ones anyway. I also cleared the cache. The phone restarts very often when WiFi is on. It also loses the WiFi after a while and then does not show any WiFi networks at all. If I turn WiFi off, the phone restarts less often, but still several times a day. This is a problem that Samsung must fix. There are too many people having this exact issue.
