After major ui update in this spring my phone have started constantly crashing/restarting SAMSUNG FIX THIS NOW!!

I have found that many others have this problem, so it can't be hardware based problem.

I have all the possible updates and made cache clear in reboot and nothing helps so far.

Ok, update on my topic. After trying almost all the updates, fixes and so on related to this problem, nothing worked in my case.
Then I started to think and find out when I bought my phone and found that I still had the warranty and decided to take my phone to the company I bought it from.

It went into service and what was done in the service was that the entire circuit board was replaced in the phone. It was somehow damaged..
I didn't get an answer when I tried to ask more specifically what part of the circuit board was damaged, but no answer..
Well anyway, now my phone is working fine again.

I have the same issue. After yesterday ONE UI update, my eSIM is gone and my physical sim slot no longer works. The phone also constantly crashes and rebooting itself. It also runs very very hot.

Rebooting, resetting setting, factory resetting do not help.

Samsung needs to fix this.

Contact Samsung support and see what they have to say

same issue. Think samsung are aware its a software issue yet not taking any ownership. They have told me to take it to repair centre.

Hey, I was facing the same issue and saw samsung health interacts with some sensors and thought the new update might have some update from health, uninstalled it and mine works like charm.

I'm in the same boat. Contacted Samsung and they wouldn't anything because it's out of warranty. I still have an extra 1 year warranty from my credit card company so I filed a claim with them. They told me to take it to Samsung service center to have it diagnosed and they said the motherboard is fried because of the Samsung's update. The cost to replace is higher than the original I paid for the phone so my credit card company paid me the original cost.

My Galaxy S22 Ultra started doing this as well. I updated the phone, and then the next day on May 25th it just shut off while I was using it and went into the continuous boot loop. It did this for a few days and I could not get the phone to do anything. I took it to a local Samsung store and they replaced the battery, thought the issue may have been fixed, then called and said they couldn't figure it out. I put the phone aside and just forgot about it.

Almost 3 months later, August 17th, I decided to see if time would help and if I could mess with it a little more. I charged it up and OMG! It booted up like normal, I couldn't believe it! Figuring it was related to the update back in May, I quickly made sure everything was backed up and found there was a new update to be installed. I processed the update and just 2 minutes later it started boot looping again. I had the phone working for a total of 10 minutes.

When the issue first started there weren't many others who were having the same problem. But now I am seeing that if you search on here there are many other people having these issues with their S22. I found this thread and tried the things the mods suggested. Cache wipe did nothing. I tried that a few times. Then I finally decided to do a factory reset. It's been a few months and I can't use the phone anyway, so may as well give it a try. I did the factory reset and it did not help at all. It is still just boot looping over and over again. This is apparently a major issue with Samsung and this needs to be addressed by them.

was your memory/data saved when they did this or did they wipe the phone?

Hello,
Surprisingly I managed to do a full backup of all apps and phone data / settings etc before this thing got worse and worse. (by "worse and worse" I mean that the reboot cycles started to be more frequent and longer day by day) I think all the data would have been cleared at this repair service after replacing the entire circuit board. There was also a warning, "You may lose all your data when you take the phone in for service," and they advised to back up everything you can before taking the phone in for service. I was pretty sure about this even before I read this guide. I also factory reset the phone before delivery as I tried that as one option to resolve the issue...but it didn't help as even on "initial setup" the phone started rebooting...so that was enough for me.
