S22+ not received Android 15/One UI 7.1

My Samsung S22+ hasn't received the latest operating system yet. I am constantly checking the software update section in my settings but no update is appearing.

Can someone please help?

Hi @HarryB96 Welcome to the Samsung community   I would have thought you would have the update by now if using it in the device in the intended country, some Network purchased Devices can be a bit later though.  if so where did you purchase your Device? 

you  could try Smart Switch to see if update is available via this method.  Need to have the software and connect to computer. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-backup-my-smartphone-to-my-pc-or-mac/

Me too.
I purchased the phone brand new around a year and half ago from ebay. The first image says it's a usa made phone but I am in the uk, does this make a difference? Also the second image is something else I have come across.. The android 15 option isn't available as of yet for ATT firmware where as others are?

Just to explain on my second point.. here is the latest software for a TMB firmware for example according to the website.

yes there will be an issue with an US device in this country, seems to be a delay with this provider. personally would not buy phones from ebay and if doing so should do checks and ask questions.

I will bare that in mind in the future.
When you say an issue with a US device in the UK, do you mean I won't get any software updates at all because the countries don't match or do you mean that there will be delays each time?

Please note One Ui7.1 doesn't exist..

What is the CSC code for your device and which country are you in?

There are likely to be issues,you may receive updates on a different timeline but cannot be guaranteed. Have you tried Smartswitch?

You can try smartswitch pc software. In hope it picks up the update
