Hi @LordRovi  Customers who  pre order  a qualifying S22 Smartphone between 9-24 February  are able to claim the free Galaxy Buds pro, others who purchase between 25 February and 5th April are able to claim.  Claims must be within 60 days of purchase  or Delivery Date.  You need proof of receipt and IMEI1 so would need to have received the device before you can claim.
