Chrome aap keeps crashing freezes samsung UI not responding

I have the galaxy Samsung s22 ultra 250gb 12gb ram edition. Issues with Chrome aap keeps crashing freezes samsung UI not responding. Removed app and re installed still the same. Done the clear cache option as well. Phones up to date. Uk. 

Any help.

Please try using a different browser. Opera or use google app not chrome.

Hi. I'm having the same issue and the reply to try a different browser ideally is not helpful. We really shouldn't have to change browsers especially Chrome when it is an android device. The issue should be investigated and fixed as is not an isolated issue.

Is that the only app crashing? On a particular site or just on opening?

Have you tried clearing the Cache and Cookies of the Browser? Follow the steps from https://readus247.com/google-chrome-clear-cache/ to clear the caches and cookies in the proper way. Also, try to update the Android System WebView from the play store or clear data of the Google Play Services.

Same thing as me. Chrome, Google App and Samsung browser, all with the same problem. I installed Firefox and it did not freeze even once. Talking to a friend, all the three aps that crashes use the same "tecnology" rendering, or something like that, i'm no expert. So maybe there is a bug with the s22 ultra software that doesn't support that techonology, just taking a guess. Or maybe is just my phone faulty.

Same on my new s22 Ultra 128, it hangs or even crashes when I use Chrome browser. And Im not going to switch browser just because the phone is *****. Compared to my old s20 Ultra 5G or s10 the new S22 is very unstable. Never had any software issues with S20 or s10.
