I'm beyond fed up at this point. The severe lag, app crashing and battery drain after the 15/7.0 update is impossible to work with. All the workarounds, are just that, "workarounds". There's nothing even close to an actual solution.
Disappointingly, the closest things to one are as follows:
With zero guarantee and a modest 30% rate of success your options are down to:
1. Do a factory reset, wipe all your Data, start all over AND reduce your refresh rate by an effective 100% from 120hz to 60hz, JUST FOR a LESS than 1 in 3 chance you'll see any improvement at all.
2. OR suffer and deal with 14.4 kb/s dial up aka flip phone internet shopping app type lag until further notice meamwhile every other phone improves with each update!
Pixel 9/10 Pro here I come!! Used to be sooo nice to get the bug free, zero bloatware, clean installs of the latest Android version the day they become stable; sometimes an ENTIRE YEAR before Samsung and the others would.
If I'm totally honest I only switched back over to Samsung at S20 because of its interoperability with other Samsung products like my TVs, etc. But Google Cast has finally all but figured that out by now without all the bugs and additional app downloads between Samsung and Pixel devices. That or I can just cast via Fire stick.
There's nothing else thats keeping me loyal to Samsung as of 2025. What about you? Am I forgetting anything?
Dear Samsung, I'm over you.

Pretty sure I'm at Samsung.com brother. The issues are way beyond AT&T regardless. It seems they got the worst of it by means of a massive release delay which just compounded the awfulness of the final product's performance.

Main problem in this point of the universe is the position of the search. That's about it.
3 years old phone is doing relatively well all considering
