Cannot do conference calls on my new s22 ultra

Hello team

I have my new s22 ultra and cannot merge calls.

The conf call service is enabled by my network service provider AND conf call worked well with my previous s8 with the same sim card and same network settings.

Please advise asap as this is showstopper for my daily work.

Hi, @BenziSol. I'd love to help you get the conference calling working as expected on your S22 Ultra. I understand that this feature was something that you utIlised on your S8.

Are you having a problem with a third-party app, or with a conference call service?

Please let me know what happens when you try to merge calls.

Hi

I have a problem to merge calls via the regular phone app that cones with the s22 ultra.

The problem is that I don't have the merge call function when i have 2 active calls

Ah, I see. Thanks. Have you checked whether there are any software updates for your phone?

If there is an update waiting to be downloaded, please let me know whether installing it enables you to see the merge calls option.

The key thing would be to make sure that your network provider definitely still supports this feature.

I have all recent updates installed. Yet the problems occurs.

I have reviewed the link you added. I have the conf call service enabled by my carrier.

I think you have to have you network provider resend the config. Its been a long while since I need conf calling on my phone, but going by memory which I have short supply, my network provider resent the config

I sent error log via samsung members app and explained the problem in details.

I hope to have a resolution shortly.

Any updates yet? I'm still not able to do this even swapped phones with the same model cause of this issue.

Isue still persists and also I see it happen more often when another person also has a conference call and I can't add anyone else to my conference call while trying to join there and vice versa.
