Hi, @ambers6babies. The S Pen can be affected by an electromagnetic field, such as a case or cover.
Do you have a case or cover on your S22 Ultra and, if you do, please can you let me know whether you can get your S Pen to connect as expected after removing either of these?
There is an spen setting that you can turn on, which keeps the Spen constantly connected
Search Spen under settings and click more spen settings, you'll see the option.
