Delayed reaction

When I'm on my 22 ultra and I'm doing a jigsaw it keeps delaying I try to put a piece in place but it doesn't pick it up and put it where I'm trying to place it, there's definitely a delay, anyone got any ideas what I need to do?

Maybe app needs updating. Are there issues with any other app?
