Can't remove notification

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, I've got a 02 notification that I can't remove, I can't slide it off the screen like you can other notifications, it's a voicemail notification but when I go to listen to it 02 says that there isn't any voicemail messages so I'm thinking it's a phone problem. My phone is the unlocked version, I have two sims inserted, one is Three network sim card and the 02 sim is my work sim.

Try restarting your phone and that may resolve the issue 😀. Hope this works! 🙂

Go to voice mail and listen to the messages all of them and delete them all I had same problem only when I deleted them all it went

When I go to voicemail it says there isn't any voicemail messages so I can't delete anything

@Steve27uk: Can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear cache, to see if this helps?

No sorry, this didn't work, everything I try doesn't seem to work so I thought I'd visit a 02 shop and see if they can help

I will do but it's gonna be a week before I get to the 02 shop so I'm stuck with it on the screen, I had the OnePlus 8t before this phone and never had a problem like this and I'm using the same sims

This is a video of me trying to remove the notification by sliding it left and right, afterwards I open the voicemail and the voicemail says I have no new messages and nothing to delete so I'm guessing it's a S22 Ultra problem
