I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, I've got a 02 notification that I can't remove, I can't slide it off the screen like you can other notifications, it's a voicemail notification but when I go to listen to it 02 says that there isn't any voicemail messages so I'm thinking it's a phone problem. My phone is the unlocked version, I have two sims inserted, one is Three network sim card and the 02 sim is my work sim.

To access voicemail, are you clicking on the notification, or physically dialling 901?

I'll just wait a week and go to the 02 shop and see if they can help, its just annoying that it's showing all the time

You could try leaving yourself a message, then dialling into voicemail and listening to the message before deleting it, to see if this helps.

I had this the other day. Same issue, annoying notification that I couldn't clear and I didn't have any o2 voicemails.

I got my wife to ring my number and I put it through to voicemail.

Called voicemail, deleted the message and it cleared the notification.

I am having the exact same problem. When I go into the Phone > Settings > Voicemail > Notifications, the Allow Notifications option is greyed out (I cannot turn it off). I have T-Mobile, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail apps blocked. I still have a voicemail notification I can't turn off: "Phone services  New Voicemail   T-Mobile"

Please help. This is so frustrating.

Mine has a visual voicemail app. I thought using the app would fix my problem would work but it didn’t.

SOLUTION

Set up visual voicemail WITHIN the phone app. Select the menu at the top right of the phone app and then select visual voicemail. Follow the prompts from there.
