My bluetooth doesn't turn on, both from the notification panel and the settings app. Everytime i try to turn it on, it immediately turns off. I already tried to reset connection settings and to wipe system cache. What can I do?

Hi,

Try clearing cache and data of Bluetooth apps in Settings > Apps and restart the phone. Check if this helps.

@davbiuso: Try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. This will perform a Soft Reset, and address any software issues that might be a contributing factor. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.

Following the reset, head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, and attempt to toggle it on. If you're unable to do so, tap the 3 dots in the top right > Advanced settings > Bluetooth control history, and check to see if any apps are listed here that have recently switched off Bluetooth.

Further to the above, please try restarting the phone in Safe Mode, as this will disable all third party apps, and help to determine if the issue is stemming from an external source. To access Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode. With Safe Mode enabled, attempt to toggle on Bluetooth once again. If you're successful, restart the phone as you would normally and uninstall any apps you have added to the device since you first encountered the problem.

If the issue persists, then please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Bluetooth, and follow the on-screen prompts. Does this test return any errors, or an 'Action required' notification in the summary?

I actually tried all of the above so I thank you for your advices. I tried the samsung member app, suggesting to require an action. Since nothing helped, I did a backup and did a factory reset, and that was the only thing that helped. Then I restored my backup. By the way, thank you for the advices
