I was having the same issue with my Z Fold5, @Ballingdon, so I feel your pain. If you've already wiped the cache partition then it'd be worth optimising the apps on your phone via the Good Guardians app.
To do this, head to the Galaxy Store (this may just be called "Store" on your phone) and search for "Good Guardians". Select the app named "Good Guardians - the new name of Galaxy Labs", then choose "Install" and "Open". You can also download it via the link below:
https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.android.samsung.utilityapp
Swipe to the left until you see "Get started". Select this, then "Install", and choose if you would like Good Guardians to send you notifications. On the next screen, select "Galaxy App Booster", then "Install" and "Open". Once Galaxy App Booster has opened, select "Optimize now", and a scan will run that automatically optimises your apps to improve the performance and battery life of your phone. This process can take up to 15 minutes to complete, so please feel free to use your phone as normal while it runs.
Once you've done this, keep an eye on your battery life. I personally found this to help with the battery drain issue, so it's worth a shot.

Better yet, Samsung could stop F ing up our phones with garbage updates.
I'm out. Never buying a Samsung again. I refuse to accept forced updates like this ever again.

Again: that setting does not exist on my phone. I have only the Last Update and Download Update choices.
