Battery draining fast after UI7 update

Why is the battery life so much shorter now on my S22Ultra after updating to UI 7?

My usage hasn't changed but battery is discharging much more rapidly.

Have switched off anything unnecessary and even wiped cache.

UI 7.0 is a battery draining monster on my s22 ultra! Samsung needs to figure out a fix for this!

They (Samsung) killed s23 and s24 series batteries with one ui 7 for more sales for s25 series, I am long years Samsung user, i will sell and never use Samsung again

I'm facing the exact same problem 

MY phone battery is not even working for 45 min and it takes almost 4 hour to get charged

I too have the ui7 battery drain issue. Makes the phone not fit for purpose.

Leaving my A15 G5 untouched on my desk for 5 hours results in the battery going from 79% to 20%.
Just sitting unused on a table the phone is notably warm. Great for a winter hand warmer but silly as a smart phone

In the past my A15 G5 with its huge battery would run for 2 to 3 DAYS without needing charging.
Now with a 1/4 day run time sitting unused on a table it is not a real product anymore.

Then there are all the other ui7 issues, too many to list. It seems Android and Samsung have lost their way.
