Audio and video issues with my s22 ultra

I ve hade my S22 ultra for a few months now and its been fine but recently, when i watch a video the audion doesnt match. I've tried to shut down my phone and restart it, but it the issue comes back after a day or so. What do I do?

My last update was the 28th of march. I live in the UK so maybe the update isnt available yet.

When watching media stream networks such as YouTube, Netflix and others without a wireless headset I experienced latency sound issue where there was a approximately 2 secs speech lag between video and sound.


This was resolved by the following actions:

1: Go into settings

2: Select Apps

3: Search the media app with the issue

4: Select the force stop button at the bottom right.

5: Go into storage of the icon and select clear cache button at the bottom right.

6: Turn off phone for 20 secs, then turn on.

Since I haven't seen it mentioned yet, and if it was my apologies. I just got my S22 Ultra a few days ago (US) and I've been messing with it since, getting it set up and adjusting all the settings. It seems like the Dolby Atmos is turned off by default, I wasn't aware there was a toggle button to turn it on/off as the icon wasn't even there, I had to add it and having it turned on makes a huge difference! Added a screenshot for reference.

I also had the same problem for weeks now. After the 1st April update today its fine. The problem is sorted. Just update your phone and update us ❤️
