Hi, I submitted my claim and got it approved same day on March 11th and I got the delivery 2 days ago so it should be a matter of days for you too. I didn't get any updates nor trackings until the same day delivery. Hope it helps.
Hi, Can you share a screenshot of the message you got please. I claimed my buds on 23rd of February and they approved it on the same day. Then I got a mail on 10th of march that my claim has been sent but till today I didn't receive anything from Samsung. But on the next day (11th of march) I got a mail from Yodel saying my order from IngramMicro is on the way then later a mail saying delivered on that day I was not at home and when I went home there was no parcel. Then I just ignored it thinking its a spam. So my question now is did you also receive a mail saying your order from IngramMicro has been delivered or did it say Samsung? Thank you ❤️

Contact Yodel ASAP, yes I got the buds from IngramMicro too today. It's a company affiliated with Samsung. The driver had to give it to me and could not leave it nowhere else as they needed signature/picture in hands. You should have an email with the tracking and also the number of the driver that delivered the package. If you need it, you can also webchat with Yodel to sort it out. Hope this helps
