@Karrenah: Please try pressing the Volume Down and Power keys simultaneously for around 10 seconds, to see if you're able to restart your S20 Ultra in this manner.
If not, can you confirm if the phone is responsive to any interactions, such as connecting to your charger? Has the device been subjected to physical damage, or come into contact with any liquids?

@Karrenah: If you press and hold the Power Key, does the Power Menu appear on screen? If not, and if the issue persists, then I recommend heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the device to be inspected by an authorised engineer. You can also arrange an inspection yourself via the Samsung Members app > Support > Other ways to get help > Request service.

Having the green screen issue on my s20fe5g snapdragon when i switch to 120hz. It last for like 2 mins with constant pressing of the power button then it goes back to normal. I've switched to 60hz it happens but just for secs.

I have similar issue on my s20 (exynos). The screen turns green/white and becomes very bright. At night it stays that way till morning. I'm now scared of download the November 2023 update.
