Getting an upgrade delivered to another country

I very much imagine this isn't possible, but here we go.

I'm able to upgrade to the S20, but am leaving the country for 4 months starting 26th Feb, a little under 2 weeks before the phone is released. 

I return on June 18th, about 10 days after my upgrade window closes. 

Is there any way for me to upgrade and just pick the phone up from a samsung shop somewhere? I'll be in South East Asia..

Otherwise, I won't be able to upgrade until next year, which is a pain

I've a feeling they'll only be able to deliver to the verified account address @ChrisBlanc  to stop fraud etc.
