Pre order setbacks

I preordered my s24 ultra on the launch date. Selected Saturday 27/01/2024 as the delivery date and I got an email just now saying due to unforseen circumstances it won't be being delivered today. Has anyone else had that issue? It's now showing on tracking that its not going to come for another 2 weeks. What is the point in having delivery slots then the day its supposed to be sent saying its not coming. Especially when it's pre order its frustrating, as now I have no idea when it's going to come and I'm working away at the moment which is why I had selected this weekend. I don't even know if I will be home for the reschedule as it gives me no further information other than shipping from the 10/02/2024. No help on live chat and can't get through on the phone lines. I never had this issue with my other Galaxy S serises

The whole purchase experience has been abysmal. Preordered slight error, tried to rectify it, and customer services were so unhelpful the shop app and website communication were useless. Ended up with a phone with ½ the capacity I wanted. All I got was cancelnthe order and lose my discount codes.

That's so bad! They should he trying harder its their mess-up its unfair to keep us loyal customers in the dark and only offer something like that. I don't think I have ever had such bad service from Samsung:(

Same happened to me, email recieved morning of delivery day with no new delivery date

I only saw the new date when I went onto order tracking. They havnt set anything in via email just that they will send one when it's on the way. Which isn't great.

Ss long as you're off their back, they don't care. OK, I misunderstood, and as soon as I tried, I found out the error. I tried for days to rectify it. It's a lovely phone, don't get me wrong, but you shouldn't lose everything just like that. Awful customer services and intransigent staff.

Ditto. I contacted customer service to find out what was happening and was told they couldn't help at the moment as there was a technical fault so they couldn't check my order. So I don't know anything, no new delivery date and no way of tracking.

I'm in the same boat. Was due today, had an email this morning saying it's delayed, check tracking and it's saying from the 10th Feb now. Tried to use the web chat, waited in the queue for over an hour, it got down til I was 3rd in the queue then said there were no chat agents available! Tried to call customer service, gave up after 45 minutes. Don't want to cancel as I have cases and screen protector coming today from Amazon and don't want the hassle of sending that back too.

Mine was due on the 24th, and I received an email saying it's delayed until the 26th. Then another email saying only the S24U was coming on the 26th as the other items were delayed (the Watch 6). At least I received it on the 26th though, 2 weeks seems like a long delay.

With my order nothing is happening at all.. ordered the 19.jan and still no update, s24 ultra with the galaxy watch6. No one in customer service know anything at all, and since i have the flex deal, my current phone has to be returned within 14days.. I am starting to get really stressed out.. i dont understand how a large company like this can have such poor costumer service..
